Alpha update - new player controls

I updated Rat & Ruin to a new alpha version that mainly has new player controls completely re-coded. I think they are much better now than the first alpha build.
- Jump sustain, holding jump longer gives a longer jump
- More movement feedback such as jump and land animations and particle effects
- Jump sound now only plays when jumping, not when you spam the jump key
- The Big Key and Boss Door now reset when you die. You keep your collected diamonds and score
- Made some performance adjustments
Known issues I am still working on:
- Fullscreen doesn't scale correctly, crops off the HUD
- All levels after the first are broken. I will start working on real levels soon
- Water collision isn't working well, feels unfair when being close and suddenly dying
- Text popups can be triggered which becomes annoying. Thinking of a new system for that
- Chest items only have a score function now. Ideas for more gameplay options are welcome.
Once the player controls are locked down, I will commit to start making real levels and adding more platforming gameplay/obstacles.
